The Forno Volta 120 Oven is a popular choice for restaurants and pubs wanting to add a new range of authentic dishes to their menu. Large enough for 5 or 6 pizzas, multiple dishes in trays, a dozen loafs of bread or an entire side of pork.
The Forno Volta Oven can be held at high temperatures with wood burning inside, or heated and then raked out for baking and roasting. With burning wood around the edges it maintains 400-500 degrees Celcius all day for constant Pizza cooking. Heated and then raked out the oven will maintain a steady temperature with the door closed and slowly drop at a consistent rate over a long period of many hours.
