We offer a free wood moisture test using Morso Moisture Meters. It's a basic check using the calibrated conductivity of untreated wood. Well seasoned wood should contain less than 20 % water, how does yours measure up? Feel free to visit the shop to discuss your logs, we'll test one while you wait and let you know the moisture content

'CERTAINLY WOOD' KILN DRIED LOGS - OFFICIAL LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS
Kiln dried logs provide the ultimate clean burn with the maximum heat output. The product itself is unique in that it is packed in an attractive recyclable polythene bag providing the customer with a clean and convenient pack. After seasoning logs in the open air, fuel is transferred to wood fired kilns. The result is extremely dry wood fuel. Ideal for woodburning stoves.
